FAR 117 Tracker

Check a trade against your 100 before you take it.

FAR 117 Tracker reads your schedule from your calendar and shows how much flight time you will have left on every day of the month, to the minute.

Daily headroom

Sample month, not real data
A trade adds

Tap a day to see how much room is left at its worst point.

25+ hrs of room under 25 under 5 none left

Built around how pilots actually trade and bid

Sync from your calendar

Pick the calendar your schedule feed lands in and tap sync. Flights, report times and release times come across, so you are not typing hours by hand. An optional auto-sync refreshes quietly each time you open the app.

See room, not just a total

The rolling 100 hours in 672 and the 60 hours of FDP in 168 are worked out to the minute. Tap any day for an hour-by-hour breakdown of what is counting and when it rolls off.

Mark deadheads once

Your calendar cannot tell a flight you operated from one you rode. New legs are highlighted for review, and the tags you set stay set the next time you sync.

Questions pilots ask

Does it read my whole calendar?
It reads events from the one calendar you choose, and only to find your trips. It cannot change or delete anything in your calendar.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for. Your flights and hours are not sent to us. The privacy page has the details, including the few things the app loads from other sites.
What if I trade a trip away?
Tap Sync from Calendar and the trip is cleared. Auto-sync is deliberately cautious and will not delete flown history it cannot find.
Is this official?
No. It is a personal planning aid made by a line pilot. Always confirm duty and flight-time status against your company's official records and your FRMS.
Is there an Android version?
It is in development. It will be listed here when it is ready.
